Our Charges
To use the extensive sell and buy facilities of Tractor Trader our charges are as follows;
Browsing and searching
Browsing and searching within all the categories of agricultural machines is free and there is also no registration fee. Simply click on the "search" button on the home page to find the machines listed on the site and then contact the seller for free.
Selling machines (private or trade sales)
- Selling either new or used machines can be for private or trade sales.
- Firstly to sell any item all users need to register for free.
Private sales (new or used)
The cost of this facility is £5.00 plus VAT to advertise one item for 28 days. Remember which advert can have up to 5 photos.
To give your advert/adverts additional exposure to can pay to have your advert highlighted or text made bold. The cost for this is £2.50 plus VAT each. Additionally, you can choose to have your advert featured on the home page – this costs £5.00 plus VAT each for 28 days. Featured items benefit from exposure each time the site is viewed.
Remember each advert can have up to 5 photos.
Trade sales (dealerships)
For a low cost monthly package dealers can advertised as many items as they wish on the site in a variety of categories and also use the extensive back office features and stock control system. Each advert can carry up to 5 photos with full contact details.
The cost for single branch dealerships 12-month contract is £150.00 plus VAT per month. We have special discount arrangements for smaller dealerships.
For multiple dealerships the primary branch is as above, but all other branches are an additional £15.00 plus VAT per branch per month. Again each branch can use all the extensive features of the site.
Again to give your advert additional exposure to can pay to have your advert/adverts highlighted or text made bold. The cost for this is £2.50 plus VAT each. Additionally, you can choose to have your advert featured on the home page – this is free for dealerships. Featured items benefit from exposure each time the site is viewed.
Dealers can pre-load an amount of money in “my Account” which will be used to pay for any advert enhancement.
Marketplace listings
This facility allows for a variety of companies/organisations to benefit from the exposure Tractor Trader generates and can be listed either nationally or by region.
It’s ideal for Manufacturers to promote their brands, models and dealer networks. Additionally companies servicing the agricultural industry can also take advantage of our visitor traffic i.e. Manufacturers, Insurance providers, Finance companies, Transportation, Tyres, Servicing/parts, Dealerships, Hire/leasing, Contractors etc
We have created adverts on the home page and on other pages throughout the site. These advert links are ideal for companies wanting major exposure and a national presence. Companies requiring regional exposure can choose the region/regions most suited their area of trading.
These listing cover the following services:

- Finance companies
- Tyre suppliers
- Transporters
- Hire
- Contractors
- Servicing
- Parts
- Underwriters
- Dealers registered on Tractor Trader
The fees:
To place you’re your company/organisation within the Marketplace you can choose to list it either nationally or by regional or both.
Nationally costs £1000.00 plus VAT for a 12-month period – Regionally costs £250.00 plus VAT per region per year. You will also have the ability to link to your own website.
Dealers paying for a 12-month contract will be automatically included in the dealership section for free.
